We can help our youth feel safe to tell someone about what they’re experiencing by gaining a better understanding of eating disorders. This workshop is intended to provide an overview of the types of eating disorders, common causes and signs/symptoms. Parents/caregivers can increase awareness by having an understanding of prevention, intervention, and treatment. Through learning about tips and resources, parents/caregivers will have some knowledge of what to do and how to access help
